Yes I've a dislocated shoulder from a volleyball tournament today, I won't be doing any sports for a good month or two.
I'm in so much pain, and I'm all alone and have no friends

I'm quite glad that I have never had the experence. Injury wise, I would consider myself extreamly lucky- no broken bones, no dislocations, no surgery, few sprains, few stitches, cat scans, ect, which is supprising, considering the number of times I have been run over by vehicals or large animals, bucked off horses, come real close to cutting my arm off, ect.
/me knocks on wood
JK hope you get better soon.
We also used to play volleyball in seniors cos us girls were not allowed to play football.

That sucks man. I dislocated my shoulder playing hockey and it pretty much wrote 3 months of the season off, never had surgery on it and it still bugs me sometimes. At least i got some sweet painkillers
my dad had problems with both his shoulders for quite a while until he had surgery to fix them. they'd pop out all the time- couple of times a day. he couldn't raise his arm above his head or it would fall out of the socket.
@popsidious, I watched a guy take his shoulder out of joint sliding into the boards, but he was playing in the next game. looked like it hurt though.
ya volleyball is for pooftards.
