On K-lite, 12 sources will normally ensure an excellent speed (45KB/S+).
But on emule, i have 784/895(2) sources, and it's downloading at 2.7KB/S.
What does 784/895(2) sources mean?
And how can i find more sources and increase the speed?

check the faq pages of your mule. To have near 900 sources for a single file is overkill. Go to emuleplus forum, and check support forum for sticky.

I think it means 784 queued sources out of a total available of 895. Some get banned and stuff. The number in brackets is the number of active sources, i.e. 2 people.
The longer you wait the more sources you will get as emule uses a queueing system.

Yes i think the way it works with 784/895(2)
There are 784 people that have the file and 895 who want the file or in cue, and you are connected to (2) people with the file

You should find the answer in shareholders pinnd topic above mate. Its something like the amount of users with good parts of the file/amount of users altogether,(amount you're downloading from).

x/y (z) means that you have found y sources, and that you've contacted x of them. z is the number of users you are downloading from.
Kazaa only mentions the sources it's downloading from, making you believe that eMule needs much more sources. It does need some more, but not as much as you think.
