Anybody has a clue how long it takes to prepare a Jonno 7.0 in my

microwave???

I tried to google it, but my laptop keeps crashing.

He seems to be a bit out of date, so maybe some vetsin marinate would help??

My microwave is an overclocked 1200 watt with overdrive grill.
