D/l Poor Movies

Hi, I recently started to d/l movies. For instance lotr two towers. However the sound is about 4 secs off from the pic. Also i want to burn it to a vcd and play it on an english t.v. when i tried this with 'panic room' it squashed it up. Panic room was in widescreen n i was burning with nero.

Any tips from you genius' out there?

You may not be able to without doing some serious farting around with that file.
I have a copy u can get already in svcd format.
These are the original file names.
The size of each file should be just over 800 000 kbs
