Wow, this really fucking sucks. Soulseek is one of THE best ways to get and share music. I really hope nothing comes of this.

this is bad. but probably will never see the court. maybe a deal with with both parts ending with a fine??

Yeah , really makes me dread the worst. Especially when its affiliated directly one of the guys , if not THE guy that designed the original napster ...
Then again , who knows what'll happen.

Hopefully this doesn't count as a necro, but this really sucks Soulseek was awesome and was the first place I looked for my music and everynow again I still log-in share and download some files. If FMI or whatever there called wins in court the greatest sharing community will die :/
