Don't know very much about this stuff, but as I understand it your PS2 has to have a mod chip installed.
NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Does any one this for sure are is there any other way
I think mod chips are only if you want to play a burnt game. I have no idea about the DVD capabilities of the PS2, since I have a DVD player for that.
things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

Well I don't have a DVD I wish I did but can u buy things to watch a thing from your PC on your TV
Yes, this has been covered many times. You need a video card with a TV OUT, and a sound card with AUDIO OUT. You'll also need a trip down to radio shack for some "RCA cables", that's what they are called, and a 3.5mm converter that changes the audio out on your sound card to the audio in on your tv/receiver. Need more info, search the forums.Originally posted by Eatchipz@15 April 2003 - 17:10

How about posting the filename, filesize, and file-extension of this movie. What type of media did you burn it to? Then check your PS2 manual and tell us what format it supports playing.Originally posted by Eatchipz@15 April 2003 - 22:51

You'll ruin your TV pretty fast, though, if you're always using the TV-out.

What? The TV OUT is on your video card, not on your TV. How would that hurt anything?Originally posted by MagicNakor@15 April 2003 - 20:07

I'll get back to you on that. The guru that told me about it's not here right now.
