Did you use the same ip or info? New info & ip should get serial & dl link. Worked for me. I also looked up an Oz address to use to be sure.

It shouldn't have recognized the FIRST ip since it was my first time.

Oh I gotcha.....as in a North American IP.

Did you get it? If not:
Look if you got an always connection: cable, dsl, or diaup. Disconnect then reconnect I believe that should give you a new ip. And use a different email.

For those that got it to work.
An email with serial gives a link to upgrade to version 9.
