Cornwall Onterio CA area has the highest murder rates in the nation on a per-capita basis.
The level of illegal activity in the area has also led to the proliferation of many organized crime organizations.

And Toronto had 78 murders in 2005, why is this?

...Cornwall is a great county or is it really an own country in disguise. I know that it has a right to form it's own government or something...it's probably a Duchy... My brother lives in Cornwall in a village called Forder, just under Saltash...

My last visit to Cornwall UK was excellent, such a beautiful place.
It’s the only time I’ve been surfing in competition with 200+
Hope to visit again in October this year.
