Is that where they stuff a chicken in a duck then that in a turkey?
I've heard of similar in Britain but its very expensive.

That's the one, We made our own before but it was a lot of work and ended up as turkey with chicken,duck and stuffing filling rather than a chicken in a duck in a turkey. Still the flavor combination worked but I wouldn't say that we like it enough to go through all that work again.

This year one of the churches was making them to order with the profits going to their charitable deeds. It cost $65 and was smaller, but I thought was very reasonable being ready made....worth the extra money to save the work. We just had to cook it. Tasted better as well with the stuffing they used.
