    Got to agree with Requiem for a dream. Just picturing that "ass to ass" scene is an instant turnoff

    Most of the films and or scenes mentioned are right up there for sure, especially Reservoir Dogs when he cuts the guys ear off and pours the gasoline, brutal and always makes me cringe. As for Resident Evil, no way, that scene was very cool not disgusting or sick.

    Nothing But Trouble from 1991 starring Demi Moore and Chevy Chase, any of the scenes with the big fat twins gross me out big time.

    But probably the grossest scene in any movie of late is the scene in Tomcats where the doctor (played by David Ogden Stiers) eats the guy’s testicle, thinking it was a petit four, YUKOLA.
