yes torrent files are great for downloading movies. the only problem is that most of the sites that list the movies have been getting hacked alot lately for some reason. Also, if you do find a site that is up, you have to get your movies quick because they die fast...and you never know if a torrent is good until you start downloading it. Im still not sure if i like this method of P2P...but we'll see how it developes

you can check bittrent files the same as any other file you download .
i get most files in around 5 hours....
