i have a 1.8ghz pc and everything is up to date but still nothing..i decided just to give up on this one, there is still vice city to play and enjoy...

Fixed it, go to Matrixconfig file and change the Render at the top of the page from 1 to a 9....dat got me to full screen I got a Dell Insperon 570 with an AMD Atholon II X4 630 processor 2.80GHz

I think Enter The Matrix was the first "real" videogame I played in a PC. Brings back good memories.
