I was wondering what are the best settings that I can use to fully protect myself?
I'll appreciate any help given.

The best is use the default settings until you now what yoy want. For online protection use Norton Internet Security. the higher the settings the more secure you're. For Norton Anti-Virus the default (recommmended) settings are good enough. The best is to play with the settings untill it fits tour needs
