If we're speaking of any CD then my pick would have to be an electroclash compilation called "This Is Not The 80's". Damn that comp sucked.

If it has to be a CD by a band then it would be The Postal Service.
Huge disappointment.

best album however is Dream Theatre - Train of Thought (really fast technical metal and very very good!&#33
