    i read in some forum that vista home premium;business;ultimate have 10 half-open connections just like win sp2 prof..
    i wanted to know if its true...

    i'm having the same problem. Internet won't work with utorrent open. It downloads things from oink fine, but any other torrent site it won't even dl at 1 kb a second
