    Cheating is not always about getting your upload rise.
    Cheating can also be not getting your download count, and there are safe ways to do it, without deleting your passkey from your client...

    I asked them explicitly, and they said they check your ip to see if you are capable of uploading at such speeds. So, I think a lot of the people claiming they were falsely accused are lieing. But I believe that they were accused
