, how do I test the speed on my seedbox?

By running torrents from known trackers.
By running wide-available speed tests from various locations on Earth if you have VNC access. Or by downloading large test files using wget if you have shell access and wget installed.

I've tried to run a speed test, but my problem is simple, I have the VNC acces but I cannot install flash on it since it's running debian. So I cannot get flash to work 
. I don't know if there is any version of flash to debian?

Btw I don't recommend using speed tests, they tend to be very inaccurate.
