patches always make copied or downloaded games stop working, and the only game i know of that will let you play online without the real cd is ghost recon on pc.

thanks to gbfan, i have it working

i checked out gamecopy worl.com and they have a no cd crack for the patch, which u download and just copy and paste it into the main folder

i can now play online with RoN, so thanks for ur help
