yeah, you gotta ask for a custom os to have fedora 6, but there is no fee

I read in your tutorials that all Linix based systems are comfortable for running two utorrent instances. Is there any huge difference between Fedora 4 and 6? Thanks

i didn't try Fedora Core 4 myself but i think that doesn't matter much having FC4 or FC6 for our torrents use but i prefered to ask for FC6 because i've been frustrated with the shitty CentOS lately (old wine version in yum repository etc...) and wanted to be sure would be easy this time

I'm sure you have all the required apps (wine, xterm, vnc) available with yum install tool in FC4 too (but maybe not the most recent version).
