Scc
who told you that?
thats bs. IF they can download releases before pre, they have to be on the topsite that affils that certain group. (and download it from the predir) but that would only be the case with very very few groups (only those affilled on the site they dl from). everything else has to be raced to their server after pre. but with very fast connections (100mbit and above... if you look at their pretimes it has to be AT LEAST 100mbit MAXED OUT) its possible to up the stuff very fast.
i never actually compared the pretimes with the actual pretimes from other pretime sources. but i believe they are a few secs out of sync. (just a guess though)
1. SCC or Polishtracker

SCC's pretimes are tweaked and anything that would be a long pretime is replaced with "no pretime found" give me a break
I just checked a few pretimes on 1st page, all of them are real.
And for the "a long pretime is replaced with "no pretime found"" argument, this is the last torrent for which it says pretime not found : John.from.Cincinnati.S01E09.HR.HDTV.XviD-SiTV
...and it's been uploaded around 1 min after pre
Do you have proof. Why do SCC pre times get questioned but no the pre times of other trackers?SCC's pretimes are tweaked and anything that would be a long pretime is replaced with "no pretime found" give me a break
