I have an AMD K6-2 500MHz and it's absolutely fine for all but the latest games. An 1800+ will do you for a long time to come.



The integrated graphics are, however, pish. I would recommend taking a look at the PC-building tutorials at the top of Hardwareworld.

If you don't want to go down that road, go back to the place where you got the computer and ask if they'll fit a new video card in the machine. This will cost, though.
