TL staff is really good and they i think should understand the problem and help you 
but i think when you use DHT is really big problem.. how ever you should try and try..

no thay not understand me and not helped me even i told them that i don't know what is DHT
and i didn't know that i need disable DHT in utorrent but thay didn't listen to me and didn't want to help me

^ DHT was only one reason you were disabled, there was another reason.
