Well, most girl would certainly find the picture you posted grotesque (although there would be a few exceptions). On average, what is found attractive is healthiness. So, low body fat, with enough muscle to look strong, but not so much that the man looks deformed. Although, if you're wondering about this because you're trying to find out how to be most attractive to women, then I would suggest looking at your personality would be more productive (I'm not saying you have a bad one at the moment, this is a general thing). While being buff might get you some immediate attention in quantity, being a good person will get you better quality. Unless you're shallow, and quantity is what you're looking for.
