Well there are some cllasics like Ronnin (that chase at the end is one of the best ever made..not to mention that it lasts like 8 minuts.

Or if you looking for somthing a bit more realistical,there are
Getaway in stockholm series,mischief also has some nice speeding cars.
Vanishing point (1971) is also great,especially if you like stories about man vs teh Sistem
Also there are lot of japanees movies about their drift culture,if that's your thing.
