I started smoking at 11 years of age, and quit in June at the ripe old age of 39, its hard but keep your chin up, and if you start to struggle, go and see the doc he gave me zyban, worked a treat, and I feel loads better.

I quit 6 years ago. I can tell you , first week was the worst for me but after 1 month I was a new man
How I did it?
I just didn't light any of this cancer food any more . This is the best way to quit. Don't try reduce it, just stop.......friendly advice
