Allowing Non-Mods to make polls will bring more pointless spam onto the board.
There should be a Poll forum seperate from all of the other forums, if everyone is so desperate for a poll.

Well I voted yes. There's enough crap on this forum (the lounge) already, making polls won't make any difference.
What's the difference between "the official i'm going to bed now thread" and a poll about the advantages of Burger King about McDonald's? At least the poll would be slightly more interesting.
I can't believe everyone voted NO, so I guess it's a moot point now anyway.If it was ever going to be done, it would have been done months ago.
