An apt expression of a now aged concern, IC.
The ability/impulse to act willfully yet without sufficient reflection has, regretfully, been with us since time immemorial; technology foments/aggravates this-any lessons learned as to delaying action or decisions go by the wayside in favor of "striking while the iron is hot".
