It's been 6 days since I smoked "properly". I did have one cigarette at the pub about three days ago and hated it. I think its a blessing I still feel so ill. I know the true test will come when I feel better and am back at work.

Of course I can't smoke in the workplace you patronising dolt. What I meant is that work is stressful, stress=smoking. Also, going out for a fag on my breaks is habitual. Plus work=probably the pub afterwards. Pub=smoking.
