but the passive smoking friends can be a pain the arse and tempting

I've quit for 8 weeks now,the coughing passes,the sense of smell and taste are returning with a vengeance,make sure to exercise more to make up for the snacking.

Noooo Skweeks!!!!! Sociable smoking turns into smoking when you are being sociable on your own.

I'm doing ok without any drugs. I've used patches before and I think for me they just prolong the agony of keeping nicotine in your body. I know that there is none left inside me so any cravings I have are just habitual and that's easier to deal with. Apart from New Years eve I've not really smoked since christmas eve. I've got more energy too so yeh, back to the swimming pool.
