Hey, Proper Bo, I tell thee, I'm glad to see that you managed to get the program working. B)

You can get smaller files by experimenting with all the settings. Try reducing the number of frames used per cycle. You will get better in time.

Check out the rules about avatars and sigs. here. The total of both needs to be under 100KB.
