One crime does not negate another crime. What happens in Afghanistan, which is a 3rd world country, is irrelevant to laws in Japan that are socially accepted.You should get out and about more. As to your second, the fact that you constantly deflect real abuse like that which I have just mentioned to talk about cartoons sounds like an anti-Japanese rant to me. The simple fact is that Japan is no more dangerous than most other developed countries and a lot safer than most places on this planet. You might not like their culture but girls there could be born into far worse socieities.
