    i have this video card:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130318

the memory clock for it is 1800MHz.

in RivaTuner, it says the memory clock is 900MHz.

is it normal to be reported as half?

    Yes.
Core clock is 600, shader clock is 1500 and memory clock is 900.
