Something seriously wrong with the board - no updates to this thread for over 10 minutes, then all of a sudden 15 new posts appear (but they were appearing on other threads), then no response from the server for about 10 minutes.

Yea, I guess (judjing by the "Server load" info thing on the bottom) that whoever it is is trying to attack again or just too many people are refresing at the same time (doubtfull).
It seems like it comes in waves.
