Keeping this kind of thing under wraps is impossible. No matter how strict you are on a tracker, there is ALWAYS that one douche bag who will sing your secrets to the bittorrent world.

That's the beauty and curse of FST. One lone wolf can reach the masses and help a tracker (via promoting) or screw a tracker over (via leaking info).
