The first guy is a jerk. Bike paths aren't there just so you can go as fast regardless of other traffic or your desire to spoil the day for other people. Sometimes you just need to roll with the punches. If you want to race join a club ride or go to a velodrome. Either way you are hardly Geraint Thomas, tough guy.

The second guy is a bit loony but he's not being a threat to anything save good music.

Agreed. The first one is a massive cunt, but it makes good viewing. I'm pretty sure he actually slaps one lady.

I like the second approach of friendly singing to gently clear a path.

I'm a commute cyclist and the number of cyclists who ignore the Highway Code is appalling. My main angst is with cyclists who do not stop at red lights!!!

First guy would not get away with his tactic if the lane was as crowded as it was in the second. Not quite an equal comparison.

Cyclists need to understand that they should adhere to the rules of the road if they ever want to seen are belonging there. Justin Williams though he can do whatever he wants just as it doesn't include a hill.

Bikes belong on the sidewalk. They can ding their thumb-bells if they need to get past pedestrians.

Generally municipalities restrict use of the sidewalk to bicycles with tires 24" or less. 'Cause kids or maybe midgets. I'm afraid just being a fat pussy isn't a valid excuse, Meg.
