I would choose the #1 as it has more conent and that is what is important for me , because altough I would donwload a torrent faster with 30 mintues than other I would watch it later not when I finished downloading it , so the one with more torrents for me

I have both. And I can tell you that, apart from the packs, Tl has a broader selection of scene stuff than ScT does...sct is content+speed, both more than tl, so...The ultimate example of content>speed is TL. They have so much stuff other trackers don't. Plus they have around 100 uploaders.
ScT has hell of a lot of packs with some exclusive shit, but it can't compete with TL content wise...
