cheers mate
used to do a lot of martial arts in my early teens. i am 20 now n wanna get back into it but need to refamiliarise my self first.
do you no if there is any stuff on kazaa?

Firstly, Bruce Lee was ANTI wing chun. He began in that style and developed his own fighting style because of the obvious weakness of most classical styles.
"Tao of Jeet Kune Do" is excellent because it describes his fighting philosophies as well as technique. "Bruce Lee's fighting methods 1-5" are good instructional books.
His explainations on how to maximize punching power, accuracy, deceptiveness, etc is a must read...it's perfect. Take it in and think about it.
