Like I've already mentioned in the first post, ht is a 0day tracker with majority of English releases. So the answer to your question is yes. And sure, feel free to pm me.

It was just a joke. And sure you can ask more, but about the tracker only, since I don't want anyone to ask me about e.g. the size of my shoes. Regarding .pl IPs - no, they're not banned. But they have their own forums, where they can ask for invites and what I want here is to give other people the opportunity to get into this tracker, one of the best from 0day trackers.

He's essentially stating that you're jumping the gun; not to ask for an invite if you didn't even post the information he requested.
