afaik leaseweb is number 1 cuz they dont care what you are doing and supporting great.

so Oink and aradi tracker were just unlucky then.

You can host anywhere you like, but if you get too well known, and you have pre-release stuff on the tracker, they will get you sooner rather than later.

that is why Oink went down, it was not so much the fact they had a ton of music, it was because uploaders were uploading non scene pre-release stuff on there, so they were the first place to get it.

But i would not touch leaseweb at all, i also would not go to Malaysia either, saying as though they kicked most out last year, even though i think they are relaxing on that a bit, its still risky.

I know a popular torrent site, torrent.to which everybody knows here, it does fine with root eSolutions aka server.lu

well when a private or public tracker so populer and have nearly 4k seeder on files which on private tracker and some singers already registered for see what was turning around.Of course it will shut down cuz all media talking about its and i am sure leaseweb didnt want to shut down servers cuz they dont care what you are doing on servers and they wont monitor your traffic or server but when interpol,IFPI,BPI and other organizations in an investigation codenamed Operation Ark Royal join the game and put pressure on illegal file sharing to leaseweb ofc will shut down the servers cuz they dont want to have headache in return and if leaseweb still would host this tracker it will sentence as well but now as we can see they are still alive..

well, If i am not wrong TPB was saying something about a island(autonomous) which near of Britain and afaik they get some donate for this island i dont know the whole history and what happened but i am really appreciate they work cuz there is a page about what complaint they but they are all cool and

You need to split bittorrenting into two parts. Legal and illegal torrenting.
Legal would be allowed everywhere, where illegal torrenting is pushined in every country that I know of, if you get caught ofcourse. And I mean pushined by a fine or something similiar, I don't know the exact pushiment for every single country.

Downloading is still completely legal here in Switzerland. It's uploading (seeding) that's the crime punishable by up to 1 year in prison. I use a seedbox (in another country) for all my torrenting.
