First of all... What Windows version do you have?

To change input language in Windows XP do this:

Start>Control Panel>Switch to Classic View>Regional and Language Options>Languages tab>Details.

You can see all the settings there.

my regional setting where on english canadian so im guessing that has somthing to do with it im tryin gchanging my setting to english united states lol gota restart comp now
