If It consists of only one slice of bread, I merely fold it over. However, when I use two slices I tend to cut them into two even triangles.

You could cut it in half and then triangulate it. So you'd have 4 small triangles.

There's a women at my plaice of wurk who still cuts the crust of and she's 60 years of age, but will eat a sandwich on a t'cake-roll-bap
