Yeah , cinephilia ,, i think those u mention high level trackers will be so hard to regain them so invite only trusted ones or even friends i think so ,,, low levels i think one ratio proof and speed test would be enough ..
my point of view high levels u are nearly responsible for every behviour from your invitee unlike low levels i think the main problem is to cheat , that could be found easily with proofs "reasonable ones" ,, i think yes those high levels should be given to friends only ,, Also not all low levels go like that ,,, all matter depends on tracker rules and punishment system ..

ok, i agree that invites are so hard to obtain on trackers such as FTN, FSC et caetera that you have to choose your invitees very wisely... but in my eyes, it should be the same with "lower levels".
the way you give invites shouldn't depend on how hard it is to earn invites but rather how much you love and respect the tracker.
