They should move those servers to some countries that are not members of the fu*king European Eunion like Norway or Iceland. Also Moldova and Belarus seems a good place. Besides that there's always Africa left

What? Where have you been in the last few years? Almost every single country in the western hemisphere has similar anti-piracy laws, most of them even stricter than they are in Sweden.
It's just that the Swedes are not used to this, so they seem to panic a bit now. But still, I do believe that things will even out in the end, after the initial shock, especially after that first TPB verdict, is gone.
Wow, the EU sucks balls. A new Soviet Union is more like it.
Also, I'm very sad to see mp3nerds and softmp3 go. They were both very good, even if softmp3 stopped allowing others from around the world to access the site.

A malis vituperari laus est.
IPRED has nothing to do with this. IPRED is mainly about making it easier for the industry to get the name behind an IP address who's filesharing copyrighted material.
There wasn't any new law made to be able to convict TPB. This has to do with the fact that TPB got convicted with the laws Sweden has and that they probably won't win in when they appeal. APB (Swedish Anti-Piracy Bureau), or well really the state, would also probably win against any other tracker like SweDVDR.
Saying someone is a pussy just because they don't want to get convicted is idiotic. People behind these trackers have lives too. Some might even have a family.
Have other countries really done so much against bittorrent sites? Only I can think of is EliteTorrents and Oink. Other sites have only been forced to shutdown or move. Nothing has been done against their admins and staff.
You can just move something outside Sweden and think you're ok. You'd have to have someone else running the site for you. Staff and admins could probably not be Swedes either.
