These applications are never accepted easily. So only good members will come in imo.

Traders would call these level jumpers, I guess, lol.

Those are the sort of people trackers would want anyway... people who don't give a damn about levels and just want to download stuff.

I don't think the collectors will be completely eliminated from the "pool" though.
