Can we request a repost for old NZBs?

I usually don't request things as there is plenty of great stuff on here. I would like to know if we are allowed to request reposts of old NZBs though? If we are not i'm sure the MOD will either delete my post or yell at me ...laughs

These are the 2 i'm looking for. None of the newsgroups seem to have them available.

FST has a retentions on the posts of NZB (I don't know the age). Think about how many MB's if not GB's of nzbs are stored here?
