    Eventually, after re-encode an mp3 enough times...no matter what it was.... it will turn into Michael Bolton. Weird.

    if you burn a 128 to cd, then rip that song at 192 it's like cheating whoever downloads from you.

    Its like that Simpson's episode where Homer gets cloned. A copy of an original isn't as sharp as the orginal. A copy of a copy is even less sharp. And so on and so forth. There is nothing to be gained from this other than crappy copies.
