My earlier post was, of course, a joke. However, I won't pass up the opportunity to make a real point now that one has presented itself.
When you offer someone money to change their mind, you are essentially calling them a whore. When you offer that person a small amount of money to change their mind, you are calling them a cheap whore. Occasionally, you will come across the rare individual who will make it abundantly clear that they are neither.
