    By Far, I&#39;ve found the best to be Nortons Wipe Disk, (it&#39;s part of Nortons System Works Prog.) There is an option called "Gov&#39;t wipe" which completely and thoroughly destroys any chance of recovering erased data. I highly recommend it.

    not only that, but you can make command line boot disks for doing things like that with norton . maybe someone else who reads this who has norton system works professional 2003 can explain better.
