I'm able to download torrents with full speed without proxy............So we can say that the tracker problem is solved!!!!

I can't download using utorrent from Zamunda. Does anyone knows why and can you please help out.

Because their tracker is also down for non-Bulgarians. You can try using a Bulgarian open HTTP proxy in uTorrent, but only do that for Zamunda, because other trackers may ban you.
