    Who cares? For $5 you get a 3yr warr. That's the point.

    In the summer time my apartment gets REDICULOUSLY hot
    and the summer is when i use my pc most so... it's gonna fry

    and saving $39 doesn't do me much good

    If you overclock your CPU you will lose your warranty. For sure. If you plan on OC'ing your CPU, expect to ruin it unless you invest heavily in cooling.

    It won't fry if you don't overclock it. Even if your place is hot.

    There is oem in Canada.

    Meh i&#39;m not really in to overclocking unless my cpu can&#39;t meet game system requirements like uhhhh now.... but the p2 is locked
